Time: 6:00 pm
Registration starts on October 3, 2008 (Friday) until October 9, 2008 (Thursday)
Registration fee : P1,300 (including registration for PAMET) for inductee, and P600 per guest (for dinner).
Please bring 2pcs 1x1 colored pictures.
You can pay at JRV review center (PAMET office with tel #: 253-0218),
or to Sir Villarino (cell #: 09176206486) at SWU.
